| DEPARTMENT: | BRAIN STIMULATION AND THERAPEUTIC MODULATION |
| DUTIES: | The Division of Brain Stimulation and Therapeutic Modulation has an opening for a Research Support Assistant. He/she will be a study coordinator for research projects in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and/or other brain stimulation techniques. He/she will participate in a range of studies using brain stimulation as a probe of brain function and as a putative treatment for psychiatric disorders such as depression and autism. |
| EDUCATION: | Bachelors degree in Psychology preferred. |
| SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: | A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS COMMITMENT to the project is required, contingent upon continuous funding. Exceptional organizational skills and communication skills required. Must be meticulous in carrying out research protocols and be able to maintain the highest levels of accuracy with minimal supervision. Must be comfortable working with a depressed population. |
