POSITION:	Assistant Research Scientist I-NL Grade 14
	Salary: $38,433.00 - $46,041.00 + $3,026.00 Location Pay
DEPARTMENT:	NEUROSCIENCE (NB&B)
DUTIES:	Carrying out psychiatric research, interviewing patients to determine diagnosis and measure the severity of stressor and psychopathology. This will involve contacting patients and conducting interviews, liaison with data entry personnel over data checking, reviewing results and writing reports, conducting literature searches to assist in manuscript preparation, assisting with subject tracking system and telephoning subjects to schedule assessments, and assist with data checking and data entry into computerized database.
EDUCATION:	BA in psychology preferred or related field plus one year relevant clinical interviewing highly desired.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:	The position requires a high level of clinical skills and diagnostic abilities.
