POSITION:	Technical Specialist Level I Grade 15
	Salary: $40,609.00 + $3,026.00 Location Pay
DEPARTMENT:	TRANSLATIONAL IMAGING
DUTIES:	The Division of Translational Imaging is looking for a Technical Specialist. Under the supervision of the senior chemist the incumbent's responsibilities include the production and quality control of radiotracers for clinical and non-clinical studies, preparation/completion of batch records, preparation of reagents and components, maintenance and cleaning of production and related equipments, writing technical reports, maintaining a well organized data filing system, and following regulatory compliance standards. The candidate must have the ability to work carefully with attention to detail.
EDUCATION:	Prefer a master's degree in chemistry or related science and at least one year experience, or a bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science and at least three years of related experience or equivalent in education, training and experience is required.
