The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is proud to announce the release of

WebFTASK is a web-based application enabling Principal Investigators and their designees to access account information, on their awards, for the purpose of financial tracking and analysis.

WebFTASK provides the following features:

• Accessing, downloading, and printing Monthly Project Summary (MPS) and Salary Certification files in PDF format.
• Exporting balances available on all awards, which can be copied and pasted into an Excel or Quattro spreadsheet.
• Printing of detailed summaries of account information, similar to those provided by the RFMH Business Office.
• Drilldown on any account to view detailed purchasing and salary information.
• Nightly updates of data from the RFMH Oracle system.
• Online Personnel Action Forms.

In addition, RFMH Information Systems is planning several enhancements of WebFTASK over the coming year, specifically:

• Online digital signing and submission of salary certifications.
• Displaying personnel salary information for all queried accounts in a single table.
• Online submission of Purchase Requisitions.

Information required for access includes Name, Office Phone #, Email Address, Site Location (NYSPI, NKI, IBR, Albany/Central Office), and Employer Name (RFMH, OMH, OASAS, OMRDD, Columbia, Other) for either Principal Investigator or Designee.

If you are a departmental administrator and would like to access accounts through WebFTASK, you must submit, to the RFMH Business Office:

an access authorization form signed by the Principal Investigator and/or the Department Head for each account to which you are requesting access.  A copy of the form is available at the following web link:  http://rfmh.nyspi.org/webftaskform.pdf .  If you will be requiring access to all accounts of multiple Principal Investigators you may use the following form to request access:  http://rfmh.nyspi.org/webdeptftaskform.pdf

If you are employed by RFMH or OMH, you will be granted access upon verification of the submitted information in your request.  If you are not employed by RFMH or OMH, then access will be determined on an individual case basis by the RFMH Business Office.
